You may return most products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are:
  • Unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders, software downloads, or opened consumables are not eligible for return unless defective.

3. How to Return an Item

  • Contact us at support@itsmcs.com or 603-928-7690 within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Ship the item back to:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, or we made an error.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund. We’ll cover return shipping costs in these cases.
